Junior Witter claimed the British welterweight title with a unanimous points decision over Colin Lynes at the Hillsborough Leisure Centre on Saturday.
The 38-year-old, a former WBC world light-welterweight champion, was beating Lynes for the second time in his career and rarely looked troubled. He won 115-114, 117-112 and 116-4 on the scorecards.
Elsewhere on the bill, Chris Eubank Junior outpointed Harry Matthews to stretch his perfect record to four wins from four professional fights and Kid Galahad retained his WBC international super-bantamweight title.
The doctor ordered the fight to be called off in the ninth round when brave challenger Josh Wale had sustained a bad cut to an eye.
