David Price: Will fight in Atlantic City

British and Commonwealth heavyweight champion David Price will have his first fight in America next month.

Price, the first Liverpudlian to win the British heavyweight title, will fight in Atlantic City on July 27 after revealing the news on his Twitter account.

Price, who will turn 29 between now and the fight, made a big statement when stopping Sam Sexton in the fourth round of their title fight in May.

The former Olympic bronze medallist is now unbeaten in 13 fights and will be looking to make a big impression on his debut in the United States.

An opponent has yet to be named.
