Silvio Berlusconi: Selling star duo

Silvio Berlusconi: Selling star duo

AC Milan president Silvio Berlusconi claims he has sold Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Thiago Silva to Paris St Germain.

The Milan stars will move to the big-spending French club in a 62million euro (£49m) deal .

PSG sporting director Leonardo had earlier confirmed that talks were set to take place with Ibrahimovic's agent Mino Raiola on Thursday.

And Berlusconi has told the Italian media that both the Sweden striker and Brazil defender will be leaving the club as part of cost-cutting measures at the San Siro.

"Yes, I have sold Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Thiago Silva to PSG," Berlusconi is quoted as saying in Gazzetta dello Sport.

"We save 150 million euro over two years."
