Phil Mickelson's 40th PGA Tour victory was not quite enough to take him back into the world's top 10.
Mickelson, who from six strokes behind fired a closing 64 to take the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-am on Sunday, improves from 17th to 11th.
Spain's Rafael Cabrera-Bello moves up 59 spots to 60th thanks to his Dubai Desert Classic win. He earns a place in next week's 64-man WGC-Accenture Match Play Championship as a result.
