Only two months after Louis Oosthuizen had an albatross in The Masters there was one from Nick Watney at the US Open on Thursday.
The American holed his second shot to the 522-yard 17th - his ninth of the day - to leap from three over to level par.
It is thought to be only the third in the championship's history, following TC Chen at Oakland Hills in 1985 and Shaun Micheel at Pebble Beach two years ago.
