Dragon Pulse, conqueror of the previously unbeaten Dabirsim at Longchamp last week, is to be aimed at the French 2000 Guineas back at the Paris course on May 13.
Trainer Mikel Delzangles is looking at the Prix d'Essai des Poulains for the son of Kyllachy, who boosted his Classic claims by getting up in the last stride to collar the dual Group One winner in the Prix De Fontainebleau on Sunday.
That leaves Hermival, third behind French Fifteen in the Prix Djebel at Maisons-Laffitte earlier this month, to represent Delzangles in the Qipco 2000 Guineas at Newmarket on May 5 - race the trainer took with Makfi in 2010.
"Dragon Pulse will go to the French 2000 Guineas, but Hermival is likely to head to Newmarket for the Qipco 2000 Guineas," said Delzangles.
"He has improved a lot for his run in the Djebel and he should run well."
