Pontefract have passed a 6.30am inspection and Wednesday afternoon's meeting will go ahead.
Officials called a precautionary check due to the slight threat of overnight rain but the track has avoided any showers.
Assistant clerk of the course Richard Hammill said: "We're on and there are no problems at all.
"We had a dry night and while the ground is still heavy, soft in places, it's really not too bad at all and we have a dry forecast for today."
The National Hunt meeting at Southwell also goes ahead after the track passed a 6am inspection.
Clerk of the course Roderick Duncan was concerned by the forecast for further rain but the Nottinghamshire venue has remained drier than expected.
He said: "Racing goes ahead. We've been dry overnight and we only got 2.5 millimetres as opposed to seven millimetres that we were forecast yesterday."
