The Queen's Stand and Grandstand Enclosures are now sold out on Investec Derby Day on Saturday 2 June. .
Rupert Trevelyan, Managing Director of Epsom Downs Racecourse, said; "Without doubt sales for the Investec Derby Festival have been particularly strong this year. Hosting the first engagement of the Diamond Jubilee weekend celebrations has provided the opportunity for racegoers to attend and be part of an event which has been enjoyed by Her Majesty The Queen for the last 60 years.
"We have seen increased sales across all areas of the racecourse, with the new Grandstand selling out for the first time since it opened in 2009. The new initiatives we developed for the Investec Derby Festival including The Jubilee Family Enclosure on The Hill costing £5 in advance through to the luxury offering in the Boisdale Enclosure at £750 per head, have catered for the wide range of customers who are joining us to be part of this event now in its 233rd year."
A limited number of tickets are still available for the Upper Tattenham Enclosure at £25 in advance however immediate booking is recommended as it is anticipated that this area will also sell out.
The Investec Derby Festival is the first event in what will be an outstanding summer of sport with Investec Ladies Day on Friday 1 and Investec Derby Day on Saturday 2 June.
