Barkston Ash made a sudden return to form at Hamilton last week and is worthy of support back at the Lanarkshire circuit.
The Eric Alston-trained four-year-old had shown next to nothing since winning at Warwick 11 months ago - the last of four victories in 2011 - but is now back at an appealing mark.
Barkston Ash is now rated 3lb inferior than when he was successful last July and is clearly on the comeback trail judged by his game second over course and distance last Tuesday.

The laudably reliable First Bid can make a successful all-weather return in the Betdaq Mobile Apps Handicap at Kempton, while Zaplamation should be suitably revved up for the Infinity - tyregiant.com Handicap at Beverley.
