Frankie Dettori will team up with the Mick Channon-trained Laugh Out Loud in Friday's Coronation Stakes at Royal Ascot.
The daughter of Clodovil muscled her way into the mile event after scoring a Group Two victory at Chantilly earlier this month.
Previously a Listed winner at York, Laugh Out Loud will be having her second crack at Group One company following her eighth place finish in the 1000 Guineas.
She has been ridden by William Buick on her last two outings but with the jockey likely to be required by John Gosden, Channon has secured a more than able substitute.
He tweeted: "Booked Frankie Dettori for Laugh Out Loud in the Coronation Stakes."Channon is also set to run Irish 1000 Guineas victor Samitar while Godolphin's Irish History is a supplementary entry for the race following an unlucky run in Listed company at Sandown last time.
A total of 20 five-day confirmations also features Irish History's fellow Mahmood Al Zarooni inmates Falls Of Lora and Pimpernel.
Aidan O'Brien has six to chose from, headed by 1000 Guineas heroine Homecoming Queen, who was a disappointing fourth behind Samitar last time.
Oaks also-ran Maybe, After, Soon, Up and Wonderful are also in the mix for the Ballydoyle team.
Gosden has three contenders in Elusive Kate, who has yet to run this year, Starscope and Fallen For You while William Haggas is double-handed with Cardigan and Sentaril.
French raider Bugie D'Amour, Esentepe, Intense Pink and Russelliana round out the possibles.
