Trainer Eamon Tyrrell's three-year suspension handed out by the British Horseracing Authority has been reciprocated by the Irish authorities.
The BHA ruled that jockey Jason Behan did not allow Casela Park to run on his merits at Newcastle on August 4, 2010.
County Kildare-based Tyrrell will now be disqualified - from June 18 to October 6, 2013 - in his homeland following a stop-start hearing which began on April 3.
He must also pay 2,000 euro in costs.
