Donald McCain is looking forward to sending Overturn over fences this season with the Arkle Trophy at the Cheltenham Festival his main target.
The eight-year-old had another successful season over timber last campaign with victories in the Coral Hurdle at Ascot and the Fighting Fifth Hurdle at Newcastle.
He was also a gallant second in the Champion Hurdle behind Rock On Ruby and McCain is hopeful he can translate that sort of form to the chasing game.
He told the Racing Post Weekender: "I've schooled him over fences this summer and he has taken to them very well.
"I think he could be heading to those proper fences at Carlisle to start off.
"He is obviously going to be very exciting this season and I expect him to develop into a leading Arkle contender."
