Laugh Out Loud quickened up to take the EquinITy Powered By Garmin Fillies' Stakes in good style.
Backed into favouritism for the mile Listed contest registered as The Michael Seely Memorial Stakes, Mick Channon's filly gave her supporters few moments of doubt.
Eighth in the QIPCO 1000 Guineas on her previous outing, the daughter of Clodovil made the most of the drop in class to score by a length from Electrelane.
The pair had raced prominently throughout and both quickened impressively clear of the chasing pack in the dash for home but it was Buick's mount that proved the stronger to complete an across the card double for her trainer.
Buick said: "Like a lot of Mick's fillies she's very tough and I think she can keep on progressing from this."
Part-owner Ann Black said: "Hopefully she'll go to Royal Ascot now if she's OK. We don't know if she'll go for the Coronation Stakes or the Sandringham Handicap, I suppose it depends what mark the handicapper gives her."
