Verdict

CLARETINTHEBLOOD scored over C&D in December on his only previous start at the track and is given another chance back on this surface. He'd earlier finished behind Look At Me Now when today's rival was runner-up at Wolverhampton but the latter has ran poorly since and makes his Fibresand debut here. Laura's Bairn has shown little either side of landing his maiden here in August when Tuibama was back in third, but Mount McLeod and Heidi's Delight have both been placed over 6f at this track and make most appeal of the remainder.
