Verdict

CLODHOPPER was well beaten over 5f here in August but has obviously improved since as he scored nicely over today's trip at Kempton on his recent comeback. He's preferred to Ambitious Icarus, who never threatened in a couple of earlier starts over 5f here including when well behind today's rival Ishiamiracle when the latter won her maiden. Prince Gabrial and Justbookies Dotnet have yet to race on Fibresand and have some improving to do if they're to figure, but the inconsistent Reve Du Jour has the past form to get involved if she's in the mood.
