Verdict

It's no surprise to see Diamond Life dropped in trip as he just appeared to run out of steam when second over 2m4f at Ascot on his hurdling debut. He must be thereabouts but SHOCKINGTIMES made an equally promising start to his hurdling career when fourth in an arguably more competitive race at Doncaster and gets the nod today. Billy No Name has shown promise in bumpers while Netherby will have learned from his fourth over a longer trip at this track last month and looks the pick of the remainder.
