Verdict

AGGIE'S LAD won a couple of similar events last year, including one over C&D. He'll have benefited for a recent outing at Kelso and is the one to beat on today's terms. Special Portrait looks the biggest danger on his third at Leicester last week and, though he has plenty to find with the selection, he makes more appeal than Kildonnan. Nadover and Viking Rebel have the past form to figure but both were still beaten a long way despite finishing third on their latest starts at Sedgefield and Ayr respectively.
