Verdict

Molko Jack looked primed to end his barren spell when third at Southwell last month and may have found his Towcester run coming too soon. He is probably the danger to JOLIBOB, who receives 22lb from the top weight and ran his best race so far over fences at Fontwell last time when runner-up to Try Catch Me. A repeat performance here would probably suffice. Betty Browneyes was very disappointing last season but is still preferred to the thoroughly-exposed Unwanted Gift of the others.
