Verdict

This looks between the two recent winners. Le Chat D'Or is going the right way and got off the mark at Redcar last time, seemingly with a bit to spare. He's not easily overlooked despite a 5lb rise but NADEEN is just preferred. He scored over C&D last month and, given he won off an 11lb higher mark here last season, Mike Smith's charge gets the nod to follow up. Save The Bees takes a drop in class and it would be no surprise to see him in the mix but both Copperwood and Cyflymder have struggled off higher marks since landing doubles on the all-weather earlier this year.
