Verdict

VITA NOVA is hard to get away from here. Clear on official ratings having just failed to catch Blue Bunting in the Yorkshire Oaks back in August, Sir Henry Cecil's mare has made a winning seasonal debut the previous two years and all types of going seems to come alike to her. She's the one to beat here as Polygon and Western Pearl may have been placed in pattern company last term but both still have plenty of improving to do if they're to match the selection on today's terms. The remainder have even more to find with Tameen and Qushchi looking the best of those.
