Verdict

ROBERTO PEGASUS won here on soft ground on his racecourse debut in 2010 and was quite highly tried last year after making a successful reappearance at Newmarket. It could be worth forgiving him his comeback run over further at Newbury as he's back on a winning mark today. Kuda Huraa looks a big danger as he's only lightly-raced and more in hand that the official verdict suggests when winning at Wolverhampton last month. Kleitomachos is only 4lb higher than when successful on similar going over C&D on his reappearance and Quiz Mistress and Devoted were often thereabouts last year. Lily In Pink won at Bath in September and is also worth a second look but hurdler Balerina looks harshly treated back on the Flat.
