Verdict

The Baler and Cool Warrior have won the last two renewals and they are the only two to have scored over the C&D. Jamie Codd steered the former to a comfortable success last year but his mount is better on good ground and this may prove too testing. Cool Warrior was only third a year ago but has run a couple of decent races in handicaps subsequently though his stable look to have a better chance this time with MR GOODENOUGH. He won a point-to-point here in February before beating that good yardstick Outlaw Pete in a hunter chase at Gowran and should prove too strong for these rivals. The lightly-raced Top Four could prove best of the remainder.
