Verdict

CRIMSON KNOT wasn't beaten far against better rivals over C&D last week and may have slipped down to a winning mark at last. She's gets the token vote ahead of recent Wolverhampton winner Powerful Pierre and Northern Bolt, who won a claimer over 5f here last year but has to be forgiven a dismal effort at Beverley on Monday. Weetentherty may prove best of the remainder as it's hard to make a serious case for the rest of the field.
