Verdict

FINE PAINTING caught the eye making up ground in the closing stages to finish third over C&D on her return to action. Gary Moore's filly gave the impression there was more to come and she gets the vote. First Bid was beating lower-rated horses in a seller at Wolverhampton a week ago and will find this tougher but Darrow and Millibar were not beaten far on their latest starts and could figure. Flamborough Breeze, Ghalaa and Lovage are all open to improvement and worthy of a second glance in the betting.
