Verdict

Enroller, a decent performer on the Flat, has been knocking on the door over hurdles and is capable of going close off top weight in this. Bellapais Abbey and Savant Bleu are seeking to build on respective victories at Sedgefield and Hereford while Ali Baba was second at Huntingdon in February and will be helped here by Ciaran McKee's 10lb claim. AIRMEN'S FRIEND gets good ground for the first time since finishing a close-up fourth at Ascot in October. He appears to run well fresh and gets a tentative vote as Scales continues to disappoint, despite being well backed in two of his last three starts.
