Verdict

Alan Swinbank runs three but Regal Swain has so far competed over middle-distances and it remains to be seen if he has enough speed for today's trip, despite a probable slow pace in the prevailing ground. The same comment applies to Entihaa but newcomer Certainly Elusive should be noted in the betting. ATTWAAL ran well for a long way on his reappearance over 1m2f at Windsor last month and, given Roger Varian's charge looks more likely to be suited to today's mile trip, he gets the vote. Fame Again is probably capable of better and any market moves for the debutant Pinot could prove significant.
