Verdict

My Viking Bay has recorded a frustrating run of placed efforts this year and was runner-up yet again at Bangor last time. But Tony McCoy may eke out the small amount of improvement needed to get her head in front and she makes more appeal than the out of sorts Vivarini. The remainder have shown little to recommend them with the exception of Irish import JUST FRIENDS. Twice a winner over hurdles, his placed efforts over fences is even better form and a chance is taken the change of scenery will see him back to form on his first start for Neil Mulholland.
