Verdict

OUR PHYLLI VERA opened her account in soft ground at Warwick last month on her seasonal bow and handicap debut. Harry Dunlop's filly has the scope for further improvement and gets the nod. Vexillum finished a bit closer when runner-up at Yarmouth last time and Hardy Plume also finished second over a longer trip at the same track last week. Both could figure in this off their current along with the unexposed fillies Choral Bee and Mariannes, who could prove best of the remainder.
