Verdict

LANDSDOWNE remains in superb form and a 5lb penalty for last week's success at Cork is unlikely to cause too many problems as Megan Carberry can claim her 4lb allowance. The pair were just touched off over a mile here previously by Morethanafeeling and there is very little between them here though the shorter trip probably just favours Tracey Collins' charge and he gets the vote. Via Del Corso wasn't far behind the selection at Cork and, though still a maiden, it's about time she was winning while Confident Cub has shown ability in maidens and makes his handicap debut from what may prove to be a lenient mark.
