Verdict

Gentle Cloud only faded from two out when tackling 3m here a couple of weeks ago and this shorter trip should suit. Roving Lad showed his first sign of form at Sligo but makes his handicap debut with a big weight and though Moving On has been running well his strike-rate over hurdles of 2-78 makes poor reading and the last time he won was in 2008. Wings Of A Star wears blinkers for the first time after a moderate effort when fancied here 15 days ago but this can go to I NEVER KNEW THAT, who scored at Ballinrobe at the beginning of the month then almost defied a 4lb rise over slightly further at Kilbeggan.
