Verdict

Kilbarry Beauty is undoubtedly the form pick on his defeat of Clar Na Mionn at Cork but that was on soft grond over 2m2f and she may just find ZUZKA has too much pace for her here. Willie Mullins' mare probably didn't have too much to beat at Kilbeggan but did it nicely and should record a follow-up. Young Palm made a successful start at Ayr in January and didn't run badly in a much better race at the Curragh a fortnight ago while Our Native Land was a little unfortunate in-running on his debut at Punchestown and looks certain to do better.

Our Native Land (IRE) 4-1 (12-0) Mid-division, 8th halfway, headway into 3rd entering straight, carried left early straight, no impression and dropped to 4th inside final furlong, 4th of 13, 3 1/2l behind Well Read Man (12-0) at Punchestown 2m 1f 5yo nhf sft.

Zuzka (IRE) 5-4fav (11-7) Mid-division, closer order from over 6f out, prominent and travelling well from over 4f out, led over 1f, soon ridden clear, stayed on strongly, won at Kilbeggan 2m N H flat gd beating William Money (11-9) by 6l, 13 ran.

C'est La Mode (IRE) 40-1 (10-13) Held up in touch in last, ridden and no impression from 4f out, last of 6, 33l behind Starkie (11-8) at Fairyhouse 2m N H flat hvy in Feb.
