Verdict

Tom Dascombe won this last year with an outsider and Decision By One can go well though he's just held by Desert Philosopher on their 1-2 at Wolverhampton in October. The latter was behind Dubai Sunshine at Hamilton last week and Michael Bell's charge should go well. Knocker Knowles won easily on fast going at Warwick in August but finished last on his reappearance at Nottingham though the soft ground wasn't in his favour. Neither TIP TOP GORGEOUS nor Waseem Faris have been doing much wrong in handicaps and it's the former who just gets the nod in an open looking contest.
