Verdict

Miami Gator was fourth in this trial last year before going on to win the Carlisle Belle itself. He's not easily dismissed and neither is Moheebb, who finished just ahead of the latter in last year's renewal and is back on a winning mark. Beverley specialist Shadowtime saves his best for that track and a chance is taken on INVINCIBLE HERO. He has to be forgiven a below par effort at York last time but is mostly consistent and was beaten only a length at Redcar on his reappearance. Back to his best here, Declan Carroll's charge can return to winning ways.
