Verdict

STAND TO REASON was headed on the line by today's rival Resurge over C&D at the May meeting. The latter has subsequently been beaten off a higher mark and Mikael Magnusson's colt is fancied to take his revenge today. All ground seems to come alike to War Poet but he's been raised 8lb for his recent win in the mud at Doncaster while Licence To Till makes most appeal of the Mark Johnston pair and Area Fifty One could prove best of the trio representing Richard Fahey. Memory Cloth is not out of this either taking a drop in class.
