Another very tough handicap for punters to unravel. Ithoughtitwasover is in cracking form but has been put up another 3lb despite being beaten on his hat-trick attempt at Goodwood where the ground may have been too fast. Classic Punch loves it around here and though his two latest victories have been over 1m2f he's equally adept at this trip and has won off higher marks than this. MULAQEN was having his first start since last July when gaining an impressive victory at York last month. The handicapper has also taken note with a 13lb rise but Marcus Tregoning's charge looks one to follow this season and can go in again. There are plenty of dangers lurking in the lower reaches including High Office, who bounced back to his best when headed on the line by Easy terms in a lucrative York handicap last month. High Jinx and Ermyn Lodge are others to consider in a wide-open contest.
