Verdict

Rule Book's second to Glittering Gold at Folkestone is just about the best form on offer here, though he isn't certain to appreciate the drop back in distance. Virginia Gallica disappointed at Salisbury last month while Morlotti hasn't shown much so far and, along with Jet Away's half-brother Checkpoint, stablemate Sea Smoke may need today's experience. MOONGLOW is a half-sister to Medicean among others so should certainly be capable of improving on her debut fourth at Kempton where she was very green. John Gosden's filly gets the vote here.
