Verdict

Inxile won the first running of this a year ago and wouldn't mind soft ground but conditions hare are likely to be very testing and like Santo Padre he has a penalty to contend with. Gossamer Seed ploughed through the Curragh mud to land a Group 3 last month and she should be in the shake-up and though Borderlescott continues to perform with credit he may find conditions against him. MIRZA has been going well and soft ground won't be a problem so he gets the vote to add to his recent victory at Newmarket but the returning Roicead has only won on fast going and won't get those conditions here.
