Cono Zur bids for a hat-trick after making all at Haydock last time and should go close again but Oratory was ending a long losing run when scoring at Carlisle last time and doesn't look a likely type to follow up. It was only a seller that Violent Velocity won at Beverley in April and this is tougher while Spavento is also facing tougher opposition than when winning at Hamilton recently. DARING DREAM scored off a higher mark at Newcastle at this time last year and has won the last two renewals of this contest. Jim Goldie's charge looks to have an excellent chance of making it a hat-trick of victories today and gets the nod.
