Verdict

Courtesy of a penalty, Falcon's Reign is now 6lb worse off than when beating Musically a short-head at Lingfield 10 days ago. Mick Channon's three-year-old couldn't build on that at Brighton on Tuesday while Dutch Master disappointed when favourite at Nottingham last month. Take Two, Feisty Champion, Attain and Santadelacruze could all go close, however, though WHIPCRACKAWAY is preferred. Peter Hedger's charge is back over his best trip and beat the useful Nicholascopernicus over C&D three runs ago - there is nothing of the latter's calibre in this.
