Verdict

SOLARAS EXHIBITION ended the last campaign on the Flat in Ireland with successive victories and arrives here having won three of his last four over hurdles. Ryan Moore has been booked and his mount can continue the winning theme. Noble Alan has won a bumper and scored seven times over jumps so a big weight won't be a concern and Kathleen Frances ran a fine race when runner-up over the C&D earlier in the month. Clerk's Choice has always raced in very strong company over timber, though he ran poorly at Aintree last month while New Hampshire attempted to make all over 1m2f at Pontefract but had no answer when Edmaaj quickened past, though this is a front-runners track and he's expected to make a bold bid.
