Verdict

DANDINO and Khawlah are clear on official ratings. However, the latter has shown nothing in a couple of starts this season having landed a UAE Oaks and Derby double at Meydan last year and James Given's charge makes more appeal. His latest head defeat at Goodwood by subsequent Hardwicke Stakes winner Sea Moon is easily the best recent form on offer and the five-year-old will take all the beating here. Berling has plenty to find with the selection on latest running while Listed winner Barbican is struggling for his best form, as is Fair Trade, still only a maiden winner despite his high rating. Polygon has been tailed off in both starts this season while Zafarana and Proud Chieftain are both up against it on these terms.
