Verdict

Martial Art made a promising start at Salisbury when only beaten a head over 6f and has to come into the reckoning but the form of RISING LEGEND's debut effort is working out better. The latter went close to beating subsequent Listed runner-up Heavy Metal at Newmarket in May and, given he also had a future winner behind, Richard Hannon's charge gets the vote here. The remainder have a bit of catching up to do although the Godolphin colt Athman is expected to step up on his debut fifth at Doncaster and Well Acquainted could also be thereabouts at the finish.
