Verdict

Windsor winner Ocean Tempest and recent Goodwood scorer Take Two are likely to find this tough as several of their rivals arguably have more scope. Haydock second Strada Facendo is edging closer to a first victory while Fulney didn't appear to handle rain-softened ground on her reappearance at Nottingham having shown promise as a juvenile. Touch Gold, on the other hand, appeared to relish easy going at Newmarket and may not appreciate the return to a faster surface. SARMATIAN KNIGHT has been brought along steadily and ran a nice race at Windsor last time. He could be well treated in his first handicap and gets the nod as Disposition, Yaa Salam and Strident Force have all been a little disappointing this year. California English could be best of the rest.
