Verdict

Sir George was beaten three lengths over track and trip in March but is 5lb lower today and should be in the mix after a decent effort on the Turf last time. He may find FOR WHAT too good here though as David Lanigan's charge won his maiden by seven lengths over C&D in 2010. He's back on this surface for the first time since and showed signs of a revival when third at Lingfield on his latest start. Hilbre Court had Sofias Number One well behind when scoring here in May and he could figure while D'Urberville may finish ahead of the other C&D winners El Dececy and Just Five.
