Verdict

WHITECREST, ideally suited by five furlongs on soft ground, has been unfortunate not to find her way into the winner's enclosure this season. She may have topweight but remains fairly treated off an unchanged mark and can gain due reward for her consistency now against primarily exposed rivals. Cruise Tothelimit and Style And Panache are the two C&D winners on show and are preferred in that order, the former having obliged at Newbury last time. He rates the main threat. Sarangoo was a disappointing favourite last time but two previous runs delivered useful runner-up efforts at Salisbury. Dropped to the minimum trip here, she would be a contender if repeating those Wiltshire performances.
