Verdict

Something was clearly amiss with DUST WHIRL when the Hannon juvenile trailed home a heavily-eased last of eleven at York last time. His previous form when a good third to Englishman on his Newbury debut and a useful second to Yes Two at Doncaster represents the best form on offer and he's worth another chance. Lucky Beggar also has something to prove after finishing well beaten when sent to Scotland last time and it will be interesting to see how he handles this first attempt on soft ground. Kodatish made a pleasing Bath debut and should come on nicely for the run whilst a market check on the Burke newcomer, Rivellino, is essential.
