Verdict

A disappointing turn out but LETHAL FORCE boasts the highest rating and the best recent form. He finished a creditable fourth to Ishvana in the Jersey Stakes at Ascot last time and Clive Cox' charge will take the beating if running anywhere near that level in this. A Group 1 winner in his pomp, Regal Parade may no longer be the force of old but remains capable at this level while Rhythm Of Light has been persevered with in Group races despite not looking good enough and will appreciate today's drop in class. De Lesseps will pick up prize money for finishing fourth and can be safely ignored in this company.
