Verdict

Garrisson is related to some decent winners and may prove best of the newcomers on his belated racecourse debut. Salutary ran well for a long way on his reappearance at Warwick and that should have put him straight for this. Cathedral was beaten at long odds-on by The Tiger at Ripon but the remainder were a long way behind and the winner could be decent. Brian Meehan's charge will be better suited by the shorter trip and looks certain to be in the frame but it's PASHAN GARH who can finally get off the mark. Pat Eddery's charge was just touched off in a Newbury handicap before beaten a length by Moodhill on soft ground at Doncaster and though no world-beater this doesn't look the toughest of tasks.
