Verdict

Sputnik Sweetheart, a winner at Goodwood in May and a fair third at Folkestone last month, will probably go off favourite here though Gold Show finally got off the mark at Ffos Las and that will have done her confidence the world of good. Pearl War still has a bit of scope, though was still beaten six lengths when second at Redcar, while Saaboog won on the Fibresand in July but has struggled back on Turf since. Let's take a chance on YOU'VE BEEN MOWED, who is potentially well treated and back over her best trip. She ran a bit better than the final result suggests over 1m2f here last time and Darren Egan's claim puts her right among the three-year-olds.
