Verdict

After fine runs on quick ground at Beverley and Haydock, Fraserburgh went to Newmarket for a maiden on softer going and started favourite but didn't appear to enjoy the conditions. Today's ground will be even more testing so he's passed over in favour of MOE'S PLACE. Kevin Ryan's newcomer is bred for pace being by Acclamation out an unraced mare from the family of champion sprinter Owington. Amelia Jay has had plenty of experience but has looked very moderate so Exzachary, who did better on his second start at Southwell, looks more of a threat.
